City Water Dual Tank
Our most complete answer for municipal water. One tank softens; the other holds activated carbon that reduces the chlorine and disinfection byproducts that cause taste, odor, and dryness. Multi-stage treatment at the point of entry means consistent water at every tap.
What's inside
- WQA Gold Seal award-winning ResinTech CG10 softening resin
- Granular activated coconut-shell carbon
- Patented ceramic-disc valve technology
- Dual-tank backflush capability
- Self-cleaning, 100% soft water guarantee
What you get
- Better-tasting water, no chlorine smell
- Gentler on skin, hair, and clothing
- No scale buildup on fixtures or appliances
- Reliable filtration at every tap
Chloramine upgrade: this system is also built with catalytic carbon in place of standard activated carbon — the better choice if your utility disinfects with chloramine rather than free chlorine.

Well Water Dual Tank
Staged filtration designed for private wells — the sediment, iron, sulfur odors, and hardness that Triangle well counties see all the time. Each stage targets a different problem so the water arriving at your taps is clear, soft, and odor-free.
What's inside
- WQA Gold Seal award-winning ResinTech CG10 softening resin
- Granular activated coconut-shell carbon
- Katalox Light filtration media
- High-efficiency smart valves on both tanks
- Self-cleaning, 100% soft water guarantee
What you get
- Clearer water with better taste and odor
- Reduced iron and mineral staining
- Protected plumbing and appliances
- Consistent flow through the whole house
Catalytic carbon build available: the same dual-tank well system is offered with catalytic carbon instead of standard activated carbon — worth it when the well carries hydrogen sulfide odor along with iron.

Water Softener with Carbon Filtration
A single-tank system that handles the two most common city-water complaints at once: it softens by removing calcium and magnesium, and its carbon layer reduces the chlorine behind bad taste, odor, and dry skin. Pairs well with an under-sink RO for drinking water.
What's inside
- Modern high-efficiency control valve
- USA-made high-capacity softening resin
- Granular activated coconut-shell carbon
- Polishing gravel base
What you get
- Softer skin and hair, brighter laundry
- No chlorine taste or smell
- Scale prevention throughout the home
- Longer appliance and water-heater life
Chloramine upgrade: the mixed-bed tank can be built with catalytic carbon rather than standard activated carbon, in both the large and extra-large sizes.

Whole Home Water Softener
The focused option when hardness is your main problem: spotted dishes, crusty fixtures, stiff laundry, scale in the water heater. Removes the calcium and magnesium behind all of it, house-wide.
What's inside
- WQA Gold Seal award-winning ResinTech CG10 resin
- NSF-certified polishing gravel
- Patented ceramic-disc valve technology
- Self-cleaning, 100% soft water guarantee
What you get
- Noticeably softer skin and hair
- Soap and detergent that actually lather
- Appliances protected from scale
- Easier cleaning, fewer water spots

Whole Home Water Filter
Filtration without softening — for homes that mainly want chlorine, taste, and odor addressed. No salt, no drain line, no maintenance: the carbon bed does the work quietly for years.
What's inside
- Granular activated coconut-shell carbon
- Polishing gravel base
- No salt, no drain required
- 100% maintenance-free design
What you get
- Cleaner, better-tasting water at every tap
- Reduced buildup in pipes and appliances
- Full water pressure maintained
- Protected fixtures
Chloramine upgrade: also offered as a whole-home catalytic carbon filter — same salt-free, drain-free design, with media that breaks chloramine down instead of only adsorbing it.

Catalytic Carbon Filtration
Standard activated carbon works by adsorption — contaminants stick to the surface of the media until it fills up. Catalytic carbon does that too, but its surface is processed to also act as a catalyst, chemically breaking down the compounds that plain carbon struggles with. In practice that means two things Triangle homes actually run into: chloramine, the longer-lasting chlorine-and-ammonia disinfectant many utilities use instead of free chlorine, and hydrogen sulfide, the rotten-egg smell in well water.
What's different
- Catalytically activated coconut-shell carbon
- Breaks chloramine down rather than only adsorbing it
- Far more effective on hydrogen sulfide (rotten-egg odor)
- Also handles free chlorine, taste, and odor
- Drops into the same tanks and valves as our standard builds
Where it goes
- As a standalone whole-home catalytic carbon filter — no salt, no drain
- In the carbon tank of a city dual-tank system
- In the media bed of a softener with carbon filtration (large or XL)
- In a well dual-tank iron system
- In our peroxide injection well system, where it is standard
Worth asking about if: your water utility's annual report lists chloramine or total chlorine (rather than free chlorine), your water smells like rotten eggs, you keep a fish tank, or you simply want the most thorough carbon stage available. Your specialist confirms it against your actual water on the analysis call.

Whole Home Salt-Free Conditioner
Reduces the effects of hard water without salt or chemicals by conditioning minerals so they don't stick as scale. Keeps beneficial minerals in your water, produces no wastewater, and needs essentially no upkeep. An optional carbon tank adds chlorine reduction.
What's inside
- Template-assisted mineral conditioning media
- Scale-reduction technology
- Optional carbon tank for chlorine
- 100% maintenance-free design
What you get
- Minimal scale on pipes, fixtures, appliances
- Natural minerals stay in the water
- No salt bags, no drain, no wastewater
- Set-and-forget operation

Iron & Sulfur Removal System
For wells with orange staining or that unmistakable rotten-egg smell. An injection stage oxidizes dissolved iron and hydrogen sulfide, then catalytic carbon filters them out — clear, odor-free water from every tap.
What's inside
- Chemical injection panel
- Hydrogen peroxide holding tank
- Granular catalytic coconut-shell carbon
- Salt & brine tank
What you get
- No more sulfur "rotten egg" odor
- Iron stains on fixtures and laundry eliminated
- Clear, clean-smelling water
- Improved overall water quality
