How customers opt in to text messages from Triangle Waterworks

This page documents the SMS opt-in flow for TRIANGLE WORKS LLC, doing business as Triangle Waterworks (trianglewaterworks.com). The website chat widget is the only method on the website that collects phone numbers or SMS consent — no other contact, lead, landing-page, or appointment form collects phone numbers on any page where the widget is embedded.

The opt-in flow, step by step

  1. A visitor opens any page on trianglewaterworks.com and clicks the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.
  2. The chat widget opens with the heading "Have a question?" and fields for Name, Phone, and Message.
  3. Directly above the Send button, the widget displays the consent disclosure quoted below, with links to our terms and privacy policy.
  4. The visitor voluntarily enters their mobile number and presses Send. Submitting the form constitutes express written consent.
  5. Every subsequent text supports STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.
