How customers opt in to text messages from Triangle Waterworks
This page documents the SMS opt-in flow for Triangle Waterworks, a DBA of TRIANGLE WORKS LLC (trianglewaterworks.com). The website chat widget is the only place on the website that collects phone numbers or SMS consent — no other contact, lead, landing-page, or appointment form collects phone numbers on any page where the widget is embedded.
The opt-in flow, step by step
A visitor opens any page on trianglewaterworks.com and clicks the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.
The chat widget opens with the heading "Have a question?" and fields for Name, Phone, and Message.
Directly above the Send button, the widget displays a separate SMS consent checkbox and the disclosure quoted below, with links to the applicable terms and privacy policy.
The checkbox is unchecked by default and optional. A visitor can submit a general inquiry without selecting it.
A visitor opts in to promotional SMS only by voluntarily entering a mobile number and affirmatively selecting the checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Every subsequent text supports STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.
