When you provide your phone number and consent, Triangle Waterworks may contact you by text message and phone call at that number, including marketing and promotional messages. These calls may be automated or pre-recorded and may use an artificial or AI-generated voice, and texts may be sent using an automated system.

Information on this site

Articles, water quality summaries, and educational content on this site are general information, not a diagnosis of your specific water or a recommendation for your home. Municipal water quality data changes over time and varies by location within a system. Well water conditions vary from property to property. A specific treatment recommendation requires an actual water test at your address.

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or plumbing-code advice. If you have a health concern related to your water, consult a qualified professional or your local health department.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to submit false information, impersonate another person, submit a phone number you are not authorized to provide, interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape or harvest content or data by automated means.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites, including public water quality reports and manufacturer or certification pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triangle Waterworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability relating to your use of this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation applies to the website only; liability relating to systems we sell, install, or service is governed by your written agreement and our Warranty Statement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
