Who we are
Triangle Waterworks provides residential water testing, water treatment system recommendations, installation, and service in the North Carolina Triangle region. Installations are performed by North Carolina–licensed plumbing contractors.
Requests and quotes
- Submitting a form on this site is a request for contact. It does not create a contract, reserve an appointment, or obligate either of us to proceed.
- Every system we recommend is customized to your home and your water. Pricing is provided by our water treatment specialist during a follow-up consultation, and where a well is involved, after a water test. No price is published on this site.
- Any quote we provide is valid only as written, for the scope and time period stated in it. Work begins only under a written agreement signed by you.
- Warranty coverage is governed by our Warranty Statement, which is incorporated into these terms for systems we sell and install.
Communications consent
When you provide your phone number and consent, Triangle Waterworks may contact you by text message and phone call at that number, including marketing and promotional messages. These calls may be automated or pre-recorded and may use an artificial or AI-generated voice, and texts may be sent using an automated system.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also tell a caller to remove you, or email service@trianglewaterworks.com.
- Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Service availability may vary.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Information on this site
Articles, water quality summaries, and educational content on this site are general information, not a diagnosis of your specific water or a recommendation for your home. Municipal water quality data changes over time and varies by location within a system. Well water conditions vary from property to property. A specific treatment recommendation requires an actual water test at your address.
